This is actually a pretty significant story, for the deck is heavily stacked against voting out a union.
That should be OK, because the trend now is for unions to add bargaining units into the brotherhood by legislation. SEIU has mastered this. They even collect dues straight from the state treasury rather than inconvenience their "members" who probably don't even know they are represented.
